sailorstarhealer's favourite food is caviar, so here is a french dish using it as a main ingredient.


12 cleaned eggshells
8 egg yolks and whites
1 pint heavy cream
1 oz. salmon roe
1 oz. sevruga caviar


beat the eggs with the heavy cream and cook in a pan, whisking continuously so that it remains smooth. after the egg and cream mixture is cooked, take off the heat and add the salmon roe. spoon this egg/roe/cream mixture into the cleaned eggshells, and garnish with the sevruga caviar.
