for chibichibi, here is a sweet 'n sugary recipe! personally, i luv these little bars.
for the crust
1/2 butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cups nuts, finely chopped(whatever kind you like)
for the filling
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
2 cups icing sugar
a pinch of salt
for the icing
4 squares semi-sweet baker's chocolate
1 square unsweetened baker's chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
*crust prep* ~ place butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and egg into a double boiler or microwave. heat it up, and stir well until it resembles a custard. add the remaining crust ingredients, and pack into a nine-inch square pan.
*filling prep* ~ cream butter; add milk, vanilla custard powder, icing sugar, and salt. spread on crust and let stand for 15 minutes.
*icing prep* ~ melt the two kinds of chocolate and butter together. spread this on top of what's already in the pan, while the chocolate-butter mixture is still hot.
let stand overnight, in a cool place or in the fridge, before serving. cut into small squares and eat up!
