southern banana pudding

just for chibimoon, a yummilicious pudding that's really tasty on a hot summer night!


2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) jell-o banana cream flavour instant pudding & pie filling
1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip whipped topped, thawed
30 vanilla wafer cookies 3 bananas, sliced


pour milk into large bowl, and adding pudding mix. beat with wire wisk for two minutes. let stand for three minutes, then gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

place 10 of the cookies on the bottom of a 2-quart serving bowl. top with 1/3 of the bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mixture. repeat the layers, ending with the pudding mixture. cover with the remaining whipped topping.

refrigerate for about two hours, then eat up!
