it seems like sailoruranus/haruka is into the healthier side of things, being an athlete and all ^_^ this is a recipe of my own creation, something i have often for lunch.
ingredients:
fresh lettuce leaves (romaine, etc.)
fresh spinach leaves
2 tablespoons la choy chow mein noodles
1 tablespoon of your favourite salad dressing (i prefer low-fat ranch, myself)
1 tablespoon shredded parmesean cheese
preparation:
wash the fresh lettuce leaves and spinach very well, and pat them dry with paper towels. tear the leaves into smaller pieces if they're large. take a handful of the leaves and put them in a chilled bowl, mixing them up a little. put the chow mein noodles over the lettuce, then add the salad dressing. mix the dressing and noodles into the salad with a fork. next, sprinkle the cheese over top, and eat up! yummy, yummy!
